Gregory DeArden

Campus Security
 
Gregory DeArden joined St. Michael’s Prep in July 2025 as a Campus Security Officer, bringing with him over 20 years of law enforcement experience. He retired from the State of Texas after a decade of service as an investigator and holds Peace Officer certifications in four states.

Throughout his career, Gregory has conducted complex investigations and has extensive background as an Investigator, Police Officer, Deputy Constable, and Deputy Sheriff. These roles have equipped him with a diverse and comprehensive skill set, which he now applies to maintaining a safe and supportive environment at St. Michael’s Prep.

Gregory holds a Master Peace Officer Certification, ALERRT Certification, and Threat Liaison Officer Certification, and is committed to continuing his professional development through ongoing elite training.

Outside of work, Gregory enjoys spending time with his wife, Erica, and their dog, Zoe. He is passionate about fitness and continues to deepen his spiritual life.
