Chris Dolce* '88

Chris Dolce, a member of a St. Michael’s Prep founding family, graduated from SMP in 1988 as a member of the first class to attend all four years. He attended Texas A&M University, earning a degree in Environmental Design in 1992. Following graduate studies in Historic Preservation at the University of Texas at Austin, he was a founding principal of Sixthriver Architects in Austin. He has served as Vice President of the firm since 1998 and leads the Corporate Interiors team. He is an expert in corporate programming and design and is responsible for millions of square feet of office development.
He has served on numerous non-profit boards in the past, including Preservation Austin, the Diocesan School Advisory Board for the Diocese of Austin, the St. Theresa Catholic Church Parish Council and most recently, is a board member for St. Louise House. Chris and his wife Kacy, who is also the beneficiary of Catholic education in Texas, have four children, 2 of which are St. Michael’s Prep alum. They are both honored to have been made a Knight and Dame of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulcher of Jerusalem. They are currently parishioners at St. John Neumann Catholic Church.
