Mike Gramling

Michael Gramling and his wife, Kristin, are the parents of four children at St. Michael’s Prep, with three currently in the Upper School
and one in the Middle School. Over the years, their family has been actively engaged across all divisions of the school. They are also
active members of Emmaus Catholic Parish. Michael is the founder of an oncology-focused medical education and insights company, which he led, as CEO, from its inception in 2020 through its recent successful sale. During that time, he grew the company from a small startup into a large, high-value enterprise in six years while building it into one of the most recognized oncology education companies in the U.S. Prior to this, he spent nearly two decades in a range of commercial leadership roles within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, along with a few detours into the technology startup sector- mainly in social media and MedTech. He has been an active presence in the local community, particularly through youth athletics, where he has coached baseball, soccer, and flag football. Michael has a strong interest in leadership development, especially among young people, and is committed to supporting and expanding opportunities for youth leadership within the school community and beyond.
