Dee Parker
Trustee
Dee Parker serves as Co-Founder, President, and Chief Operating Officer of Take the Limits Off, LLC, a leadership development firm
dedicated to helping individuals and organizations lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Dee is a proud military veteran, having
served in the United States Army with the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, at Headquarters European Command
in Stuttgart, Germany, and with the Department of Defense as a Personnel Security Officer. Her service shaped her disciplined
approach to leadership, strategic thinking, and unwavering commitment to service. She has held leadership and volunteer roles with organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado, LifeWorks, The Links, Incorporated, and the Guardian Angel Society.
Through these roles, she has championed initiatives focused on youth development, advocacy, and community empowerment. Dee
is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia and is deeply committed to supporting educational environments that foster
academic excellence, strong character, and leadership development in young people. Her connection to St. Michael’s Prep is both
personal and meaningful, as her grandson, Jaden, is a current 7th grader at the school, deepening her commitment to the school’s
mission and community.
