Alicia Robertson

Director of Advancement and Marketing & Communications
Alicia Robertson joined St. Michael’s Prep in 2012 as Director of Advancement and MarComm, where she leads the school’s fundraising, marketing, communications, volunteer engagement, and community-wide events. A strategic and mission-driven leader, Alicia has played a key role in shaping the school’s joyful culture and advancing its long-term vision. She has led several multimillion-dollar capital campaigns and building projects, and most recently guided the development of a new brand identity and the communications and engagement strategy for the successful merger of St. Gabriel's Catholic School and St. Michael's Catholic Academy.

Prior to St. Michael’s Prep, Alicia spent 17 years at Ascension Seton, serving in leadership roles spanning fundraising, volunteer management, pediatric ethics, and Mission Integration. A lifelong Texan and mother of four, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology and Spanish from The University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree in Leadership and Ethics from St. Edward’s University.
