Kristen Dalton

Dean of Innovation, Design, and Technology
Kristen Dalton serves as the Director of Innovation, Design, and Technology, where she helps lead the integration of hands-on learning, creative problem-solving, and purposeful technology across all grade levels. A passionate educator with over seven years of experience, Kristen is especially committed to fostering curiosity and confidence in young learners as they explore design thinking and digital tools in meaningful ways.

A native Austinite, Kristen joined the Lower School faculty in 2016. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University and brings a deep understanding of early childhood development to her work in innovation and technology.

Outside of school, Kristen enjoys spending time with her son and dog, relaxing at home, and tackling furniture refinishing projects.
