Catherine McGuinness

Trustee
Catherine McGuinness is President of Preod LLC, a boutique executive search and HR advisory firm serving clients ranging from F500 through to start-ups. Her earlier career experiences include ten years with Dell as well as five years with global search firm Heidrick & Struggles. Catherine was a founding trustee of the Austin area Chapter of the Society for Information Management. Catherine and her husband, Don Neville, moved to Austin from New York over twenty-five years ago. Their daughter, Maeve Neville, is an alumna of St. Gabriel’s Catholic School (2013 - 2016). Catherine and her family are members of the St. John Neumann parish community. Catherine graduated from Fordham College of Fordham University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and later served as the President of the Fordham University Alumni Association. Catherine is the author of Emperors’ Clothes, a satirical novel.
