Michael Toth
Trustee
Michael Toth is a founding partner of PNT Law Firm, based in Austin, Texas. He serves as a corporate counsel for emerging and established businesses. He is a graduate of Stanford University and the University of Virginia. Before starting a law firm, he was the General Counsel at several early-stage companies. He is a frequent commentator on business law in the Wall Street Journal. Michael and Carolina are the parents of Fabiana (7th grade), Lorcan (5th grade), and Mireille (3rd grade). They are parishioners at St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church in Dripping Springs.
